General Notarizations

• Fee: $10 per notarial act (as per Florida Law).
  Travel fees apply.

• Remote Online Notarizations (RON)

• Fee: $35 & up per notarial act.
  Most documents that can be notarized in person can also be notarized online.

• Loan Signing Services

• Fee: Starting at $200.
  Pricing may vary based on loan packet requirements and includes:

• Printing and scanning/faxing of documents

• Number of signers

• Location and travel fees

• Witness provision (if required)

• Estate Planning Notarizations

• Fee: Starting at $125 for one signer.

• Additional signers: $50 each.

• Travel fees apply outside of Broward County.

• I-9 Verifications

• Fee: $35 per employee.
  The I-9 form does not require notarization; we serve as an authorized representative to verify identification. Travel fees are not included.

• Provided Witnesses

• Fee: $25 per witness.
  You may also provide your own witness at no charge, provided they meet Florida’s requirements and have valid identification.

• VIN Verification Fees by County

• Broward County: $70

• Miami-Dade County: $90

• Palm Beach County: $100

• Holiday Fees

• Fee: $25 for any services provided on Federal Holidays.

​

• Miscellaneous Fees

• Failed verification: $10 per signer

• Rescheduled appointments: $10

• Canceled appointments (within 24 hours): $15

• Travel Fees

• Broward County: $35

• Miami-Dade County: $55

• Palm Beach County: $55
